Deep potholes on Madison Ave near Lark St

Madison Avenue near the Lark Street corner has a cluster of deep potholes in the curb lane. Cars swerve toward the bike lane to avoid them and it gets dangerous at rush hour. I bent a wheel last week. Reported it to the city but it is still open. Posting so neighbors can add reports and get General Services to patch the whole stretch before winter.
