What we commit to
- Acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.
- Resolve within a reasonable time, generally 30 days, depending on the complexity.
- Inform you of the outcome and any action taken.
- Log every complaint for internal record-keeping.
What to include
- Your name and a contact email.
- A clear description of the complaint.
- If reporting specific content: the URL of the issue, comment, or member profile.
- Any supporting screenshots or context.
What you can complain about
- Content that violates our Terms of Service.
- Misuse of your personal information.
- Misuse of optional features such as location detection.
- A decision to suspend or terminate your account.
- A failure on our part to act on a previous request.
- Suspected violations of applicable privacy laws.
DMCA copyright notices
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to the email address above. Your notice must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a sworn statement of accuracy.
