What is this platform for?
It lets citizens report local civic issues, see what neighbours are reporting, and hold local government accountable — anonymously and safely.
Is my identity public?
No. Your name and phone number are never shown publicly. Reports appear under a pseudonym.
How do I report an issue?
Sign in, click "Report Issue", choose your area, describe the problem, and optionally add a photo, audio, or video. Your area is detected automatically but you can change it.
Who can see my reports?
Published reports are visible to everyone in your area feed. You can track and update the status of your own reports from your dashboard.
How do I mark my issue as resolved?
Open "My Dashboard" after signing in. Each of your issues has buttons to mark it In Progress or Resolved.
How is my data protected?
We disclose user data only when legally compelled. Sensitive identity documents are never shown publicly.
I found a wrong or abusive post — what do I do?
Use the "Report" link on any issue or comment. Our moderators review every report.
