Corner floods every time it rains near South St Seaport

This corner near the Seaport floods ankle-deep every time there is a heavy rain because the storm drain is clogged with leaves and silt. It has been like this for months. Pedestrians have to walk in the street to get around the puddle. Reported via 311 with photos.
