Dead trees and broken benches in our local playground

The small playground we use near Carl Schurz Park has two dead trees that look like they could drop limbs, and three of the benches have broken slats with exposed bolts that have already snagged a couple of kids' clothes. Nothing urgent-dangerous yet but it should be addressed before the trees come down on their own. Requesting an inspection and basic repairs.
