Granite-waste and debris dumping on the outskirts

An open plot on the outskirts is being used to dump granite waste and debris along with household garbage, and some of it is burned at night, sending smoke towards the nearest homes. Officials have visited once. Requesting the dumping stopped and the plot cleared. Documenting the dates and the material being dumped.
