Trash skipped twice on Allison Hill (S 15th St)

Our block on South 15th Street in Allison Hill has been missed two pickup days in a row. Bins are overflowing onto the sidewalk and the wind is scattering trash down the street. Called the city line and they insist we are on the schedule, but the truck never shows.
