The garbage transfer point in the Old City lanes overflows by mid-morning and the waste spills towards the homes and the narrow road, with a bad smell and strays. GHMC has started clearing one round. Requesting a second daily round and a covered setup, because the lanes here are dense and the overflow recurs.
