Cars speeding through school zone on E Simpson St

During morning drop-off at the elementary school on E Simpson Street, cars are blowing through the 15 mph zone well above 30. There are no speed bumps and the crossing guard can barely keep up. We need enforcement or traffic calming before a child is hurt.
