Rajeev Nagar afternoon cuts in extreme heat, no relief

Rajeev Nagar has had repeated afternoon cuts this month in extreme heat, sometimes over an hour, the elderly suffering with no relief. APEPDCL logs the calls but cuts continue. Are nearby wards on the same feeder affected? Trying to learn if it is a feeder fault or load-shedding so we push the right fix.
