Paper-mill odour and discoloured drain discharge

Residents near the paper-mill belt report a persistent odour and discoloured discharge in a side drain on several days this month, throats affected. We are not against the industry but want the Pollution Control Board to test the discharge, check emissions and publish readings. Logging dates.
