Pennar bridge approach lighting restored

A run of streetlights near the Pennar bridge approach had been off for weeks, leaving the approach unsafe for night traffic and walkers. After several of us reported it and kept it visible here, APEPDCL replaced the fittings and the stretch is lit again. Marking resolved and thanking everyone.
