One Town low-lying lanes flood from silted drains

The stormwater drains in the One Town low-lying lanes are choked with silt and plastic, so even a short shower floods them ankle-deep and shops lose stock. GVMC has started clearing one stretch. Requesting the full network here be desilted before the next heavy rain.
