Trash not collected for two weeks in Fishtown

Our street off Frankford Ave in Fishtown has been skipped two collection days in a row. Bags are piling up on the sidewalk, they have been torn open by animals, and the smell is getting bad with the warm weather. We have called 311 twice with no result. Can sanitation please confirm a pickup date?
