Broken swings and exposed bolts at Highland Park playground

Two of the swings at the Highland Park playground have snapped chains, and there are exposed bolts on the slide platform where a cap has popped off. This is a heavily used playground for young kids. Taping off the broken equipment would help until Parks & Rec can repair it.
