Illegal dumping on a vacant lot off Butternut St

A vacant lot off Butternut Street has become a dumping ground. Over the last month people have left tires, old furniture, and construction debris, and now there is a smell and standing water in the junk. It is right where kids cut through to the bus stop. We need it cleaned and ideally something to stop trucks pulling in at night. Documenting dates so the county has a record.
