Recycling totes skipped two weeks in a row

The blue recycling totes on our street in North Buffalo have been skipped two collection days in a row while the garbage gets taken. Totes are out the night before in the right spot. Now bins are overflowing and recycling is blowing around the block. Logged it with 311 and got a ticket number. Anyone else on the surrounding streets seeing recycling skipped, or is it just our route?
